Effective Teaching Strategies and Behaviors of Legal Translation Lecturers in Spain

چکیده
Framed within the current accountability policies in higher education, under strains of global competition and internationalization universities worldwide, this article examines effective teaching as a pillar quality education among legal translation lecturers. By linking certain learning styles to different dimensions (instructional, organizational, emotional), profile lecturers Spain at undergraduate level is analyzed. In addition, student-centered approaches are connected use classroom strategies methodological resources that characterize teaching. The findings study, obtained through distribution tamufq questionnaire (Teaching Assessment Methodology University Faculty Questionnaire) Spain, suggest those who adopt post-positivist approach their display greater variety behaviors associated with both curriculum implementation than closer traditional, positivist approaches.
